“I have been a customer of Alyeska Tire for over 20 years, and my recent experience reminded me why I keep coming back. I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 dually in for a transmission fluid and filter service. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, on the drive home a major transmission fluid leak developed and the truck lost all of its fluid, requiring a tow back to the shop. When I called, Wes immediately arranged for a tow truck and got the truck back to the shop. The next day, despite being in the middle of the busy summer season, the crew ordered and installed a new transmission cooler and worked hard to get me back on the road. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. When I came in to pay, they refused to charge me and told me they were taking care of it because, in their view, it should not have happened.
