The Ocean Shores Resort offers an excellent stay with stunning and absolutely beautiful views, the kind of scenery you can only find in Homer. The rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable, spacious, and have a real homey feel. The location is excellent, with a beautiful scenic walkway straight to the beach for easy access. Guests can walk right down to the water and enjoy the huge beach for beach combing.
The service is exceptional, very friendly, very helpful, incredibly kind, and accommodating. The owner and staff are as nice as they can be, going out of their way to make sure everything is just right and making guests feel welcome. The price is reasonable for the location and includes easy parking. It is a highly recommended gem, definitely worth the stay, though some guests note the possibility of noisy neighbors. Overall, it is an amazing place that makes a trip to Homer memorable.
I don’t normally give 5 stars because I believe there’s always room for improvement, but this hotel truly deserves it! Great hotel, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an overall fantastic stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a last minute change of plans and ended up getting a room here. It was a good move. Staff were very friendly and the room with a view of the water was great. Not too many amenities but we weren’t staying there for the amenities. Would stay here again if ever in Homer.
