What I got was "Hey bring it right in so we can see what we need to do," and from that I got the ability to come back on the next business day for repair. They said to expect an hour, so I brought my book, blocked my time, and 15 minutes later I was ready to go. I really appreciated the no frills & great service that I go.”

“Let's be honest, it's an auto parts store, and NAPA is the gold standard in that. The customer service can be off-putting at first, they are a little gruff, but know their stuff, and warm up quickly. Most good mechanics are gruff by nature, so take it as a sign that most of these guys know what they are talking about! Not something you'll find at many retail stores!
They don't have anything special, but do have most of what you need and they can get you the rest. Have gone out of their way for me many times and I greatly appreciate it. I consider NAPA a keystone in keeping any community running. Great job overall guys, thank you!”
“Amazing Service at O’Reilly’s in Juneau!
I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at O’Reilly’s next to Costco! I walked in with my car battery, unsure if it was dead or not. The guy at the front let me know they could test it, try to charge it, and call me with an update—whether it needed replacing or not. Mind you, this wasn’t even their brand (it was from NAPA), and they still took the time to help me out.
I dropped it off, did some shopping at Costco.. A couple of hours later, they called to let me know my battery was fully charged and ready to go! When I went back to pick it up, I asked if I owed anything, and they told me their service was completely FREE!
Add me to the statistics of girls who doesn’t know much about cars.. They could’ve easily convinced me to buy a new battery, and I was fully prepared to do so, but instead, they saved me money and a whole lot of stress and money! It might seem like a small thing to some, but this kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days.
