“The staff is very friendly, yes things can be pricey but you can also find great deals. I had a terrible experience at another theft store downtown (Salvation Army) that made me feel terrible because I found 2 items at 1.00 each for fake snow, the cashier whom said, " I'm the manager and this is mispriced, obviously my employees are putting the wrong price on things and the best I could do is 5 dollars each" FOR FAKE SNOW....it's September and I'm thinking a head for my first Christmas here.... at ST Vincent they actually get HAPPY AND EXCITED for you when you find a good deal! That is why I will pay a little more at ST Vincent. Thrift Store. Don't go to the Salvation army downtown juneau.”

“This is my new favorite place to relax when I am walking around Juneau and need a calm spot to kill half an hour. Friendly staff of volunteers, interesting book assortment, affordable self serve coffee and tea, and tasty baked treats. They even have a couple of guitars laying around that you can pick up at will and play.”
