Shana Price for sure took care of me and showed 100% over 100% professional customer service over the phone while I was at work and even went above and beyond to help me even closing hours at the Bank through the ATM drive through. I highly recommend the Bank Building be open 24/7 because for people at last minute getting off work need help when we can't wait till tomorrow. I highly recommend this Business Bank Nuvision to everyone in Juneau Alaska. Keep up the good work Shana.God Bless

I closed my accounts due todwindling hours of operation, high staff turnover, a barage of mistakes that require me to constantly come in and ask for fixes to problems the staff created, and unneccessary fees that other banks and credit unions do not charge. Most of these problems began after Denali merged with NuVision.The app is functional and the staff are friendly, tho incompetent, thus 2 stars instead of 1.

Disappointed in making such a low review because we never had any issues up until the beginning of the year. We have been trying now for the 2 months to get set up for automatic payments for our auto loan. Last month my husband paid a visit to the bank 3 times in a day trying to figure it all out. We filled out the appropriate form and provided a "VOIDED" check to the loan officer Karla Acosta IN office. She assured him that it was all taken care of and that our automatic payments would start this month.Well unfortunately it was NOT taken care of. After talking to Karla and asking her where the mix up was, she accused us of putting the wrong account information oN the form, and that we did not provide the "voided" check. My husband tried to inform her that he indeed did provide a voided check and that the account number was fixed after the 3rd time he had to go back to the bank last month! We asked if she had the original documents, to which she replied "I have to go back to my email and look through!" Then proceeded to ask him if he could come back to the bank AGAIN to fill out the form AGAIN and provide her with ANOTHER voided check!Why are forms and checks being misplaced? It just seems very disorganized. It has been such a pain and a headache dealing with something so simple like an automatic payment set up!

Terrible customer service with clueless loan officers and tellers. I have been banking with this Juneau branch of Denali Federal Credit Union for over two years and I continue having problems with simple things that should be really easy for them. Most recently, I applied for a personal loan and the bank teller told me I could apply with her and she collected my information and entered it into a loan application. She asked for proof of income so I told her I would email it. Before she looked at my proof of income she told me my application was denied. Obviously it would've been denied because she never included any income! Then after I emailed her about her mistake and asked to apply again and include my income, I never heard anything back for a week. I left a survey that Denali wanted me to do and they told me they would call me and they never called me. I walked into the branch and brought my income statements for a loan officer to turn in and he told me the underwriters should have a decision in two hours and they would email me back that day. I never received any email. So two days later I called to check on the status of the loan and they told me I was denied due to incomplete proof of income again! Now they want me to include 2 years tax returns which they never told me to begin with and my application is almost expired so they will have to do a hard credit inquiry again, which will damage credit again!!! I am furious. Do NOT bank here! This has been a very frustrating experience and it hasn't been the first time the bank tellers or loan officers have not done their job correctly or completely. Terrible experience.

Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. Watch out for the hidden "fees" and shady practices they like to do(lock your account all because I was going thru a hard time and was past due on my CC and they knwi that and when I finally got paid I couldn't even transfer from my checking to that CC to pay the bill, they changed me a late fee because they wouldn't allow me to transfer a payment note I can withdraw any cash from my other accounts, so they are hold my checking account hostage till the card is paid off, great customer/blood bag service). I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.

Financed me with their first time buyer program, even though I had 0 credit. Would not have been able to get a car loan without them. I also got a secure credit card, so I could build my credit even faster. Staff is awesome. Plus they have cookies (I know...not super important for a bank review...but come on it's cookies). Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get credit.
