We enjoyed our experience here! Gary made us felt very welcomed and treated us like family. He and his team were very knowledgeable on all our questions on the pieces we were interested in. We got a few beautiful Alexandrite pieces from them. Highly recommend!

I came into the store and immediately was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen that asked my needs. I walked out completely satisfied by my purchase and experience. I certainly didn't feel pressured or expected to purchase by the store gentlemen. They provided water for my shopping excursion. I would highly recommend coming to this store and feeling appreciated. AVOID this place! They are con artists! The man told me he was going to change out the silver pendant for gold. I specifically asked, in disbelief, that he was really going to give me the gold pendant for $200? He said, no, it was only $190. I had to get back to the ship, and I didn’t even think to check the stamp. It was stamped JH925. I got bamboozled.

BUYER BEWARE: Be careful. You will be tricked into buying only to find out that there is no refund. You will also be told that you are getting a product of value only to find out it's not so! When you call to request refund, then you will be told that there is no refund. No disclosure is made and no sign is shown that there is no refund! We are trying to get out money back!!! We were also promised three seven day cruises on Norwegian Cruise Lines for our purchase which we never received from Diamonds R Forever.
