Had a trailer rim that was wallowed out from loose lugs, they replaced it and got me a second spare set up. Didn’t even get out of my car before a rep was there asking what I needed help with. Came back less then 2 hrs later good to go.

This is my second time at this location and it will not be my last. Each time I came into the store I was welcomed promptly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both times they were able to identify the issue and I was on my way. They can get busy but I understand with all the great work they do! Thank you and I will return the next time I have an issue.

I would like to thank Ryan for his professional and caring help. From the beginning (making an appointment from another island) middle (picking up rims) to the end (having to return them for wrong size) he was always available and courteous. Les Schwab (Juneau) has my business in the future. Thanks once again Ryan and your co-workers.

Got studded tires and during the process, Les Schwab broke a sensor. I was told about it and waited the week or so for the part. I was told that I would be called and the repair would be a priority( no long wait). When the part came in I had to wait another week, make an appointment, and am still waiting for the repair. The Lady at Les Schwab was rude and Did Not Honor what I was told about prioritizing the repair. I noticed that other customers were being treated nicely by that same lady. I caused no problems and did not deserve the disrespect. Les Schwab broke the sensor and delayed the repair. Les Schwab treated me without respect, for no reason. I’m gonna get tires elsewhere , and tell my friends and neighbors about my experiences. Les Schwab has changed over time, and has become very unpleasant.

All I can say is that this small building operates as a massive Big company! I went to Mendenhall dealership to find out they were booked and wasn't able to take care of me till like about weeks out and I needed a important inspection right now. Les Schwab took me in and the guy even helped me out on emailing them my inspection form and they printed it out for me and I can tell they try they best to get through everyone in a timely matter. I support they company and they deserve a upgrade, promotion, or a Bigger building cuz they clearly operate like a massive Big building company. I highly recommend them for whatever service you're in need of. I Pray and hope they grow and improve in all things to be the best in this small town of Juneau Alaska and have more happy customers like me. Keep up the good work Jesse H. That inspected my vehicle And everyone else that was working today and keeping our vehicles safe to drive.

I have been going to Les Schwab since my very first vehicle at 16 years old. I have had 6 vehicles taken care of by them since then. Everything; tires, breaks, airbgs, lift, etc. I m from California but have been to Les Schwabs all over the West. I have always had steller experience, which is why I always go to them. I bought new tires in Washington State before heading up through Canada and Alaska. This is the only Les Schwab in Alaska, so when I was here I came in to get my new tires rotated. I was there when they opened and my truck was taken in shortly after. Everything up to this point was OK. After I was given my truck I went on the highway to go into town and my whole front end was shaking. I brought it right back in. After many hours I was updated; they stated my tire pockets were filled with mud/dirt and when they were rotated this was not addressed so they were out of balance. Took another couple hours and I was told all my lug nuts were swollen and had to be replaced, no one had mentioned that the first time I was there. I had never heard of swollen lug nuts. They stated it's not typical in California ?♀️. I said ok, change them out. They did not have enough lug nuts in stock and told me they would have them in a couple days. I waited 3 days and came back in. I was told they still did not have them and they would find out where they were and call me. I never received a call. I tried again the next day, my last day in Juneau. Driving to the shop I was being followed very close by a younger man in a car. He ended up being an employee at Les Schwab and when I pulled in I could see him putting his hands up like he was irritated. When he walked up, he was staring into my vehicle..the way he stared at me made me very uncomfortable. I was early and so was another woman and we were both parked out front. Another young man came out a few minutes before 8am (when they open) and was letting us know they would be open shortly and was being nice. The young man that had been right behind me/stared at me yelled over to him "its NOT 8 O' clock" in an irritated voice. After what he had done before I was super uncomfortable and wanted to just get in/out. I was going to ask whoever helped me that I did not want him to touch my truck, but I never got the chance. Once I got in, the assistant manager told me that they still did not have them. He said he was sorry no one called and they did not receive their shipment and to come back tomorrow afternoon and they should have them. I was leaving in the morning so I told them I could not. I did tell him about my experience with the young man. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Les Schwab. Had this happened to me prior, I would have never gone back. After reading other reviews, I see there are many issues at this location. Really sad too, because it is the only one in Alaska. I will not be coming back to this location and I will definitely be telling my home town Les Schwab about this experience.

Great customer service! I had a screw in my tire, so took it in right when they opened. Also had my tires rotated. My car was ready in 30 min and no charge! What a pleasant surprise!

They seem to be pretty good what they handle but the rates could be better but overall not bad
