So I was looking for a souvenir, not jewelry. Typical cruise family. As we walked in with 2 kids, we damaged some thingy as it fell. The store folks were so friendly, said no problem, didn't charge us or anything.This was so refreshing, that after walking through all the stores, we came back and bought our two souvenirs from Juneau at this store.

I think the lady here has some type of psychiatric Illness or at minimum a personality disorder. My husband and kids were in the store next door and I was waiting outside for them because it was so crowded. The owner of the store came out and told me I needed to move off the sidewalk because I was blocking her window. I was there for 60 seconds! I tried to take the high road and just not engage with crazy but she started yelling at me “do you want to pay my rent”? “Do you know how much my rent is?”. I am a well groomed, well dressed cruise ship passenger. I was waiting outside of her store for less than a minute. I am still a little stunned at the whole interaction. She probably could have engaged me in another manner and I would have bought something!

This is one of the most horrendous businesses in juneau. A PURE TOURIST TRAP! Only open to tourists during summer and in winter is an eye sore closed down and unwilling to help locals. Also the woman they gives off major racist vibes and treats you poorly unless your an elderly person from the cruise ships. Also seen her treat an employee rudely. DONT SHOP HERE! EVERYTHING IS WAY OVER PRICED!

Had a fun time selecting a gift for my wife at this family-owned and operated jewelry store. The whole family helped, and by the time they were done I felt well-prepared for the upcoming occasion. Mission accomplished.
