The pharmacist told me they didn't receive my prescription from the doctor because their electronic FAX hadn't worked for over a week. Then she said I needed to call my doctor and tell them that their fax hasn't worked for over a week.

I HATE the fact that they (Rons) moved, cause now i have to call 6 or more times just to ATTEMPT to get through, in order to get my med's. They need to get more phone's, so people don't have to go through this. It's VERY IRRITATING!!!! ????????

Former customer of Ron’s Apothecary, forced to deal with Safeway, except I can’t even establish with them because no one ever answers the phone any time of the day or night. It really sucks.
