Usually very good fast service at all the Juneau post offices compared to other cities I've been to. The Mendenhall valley one has a self serve machine.

The people here are courteous and helpful!
If nobody is at the counter, ring the bell so that they'll know you're there. They're always working in the various areas of the building, to get our mail out/in.
