Kind of hard to contact someone during the winter months. But when they do get back to us, they're professional and friendly. That's why the 4 stars on service. Other than that, it's quite a lovely place to be. Very peaceful atmosphere.

We stayed here twice in one month for fishing season. Great location and great service! Owner was helpful with our needs on our camping spot when needed. They have fish cleaning tables, a farm with goats, pigs, and Emu! Great laundry and shower rooms. We will be back next year!

Awesome resort and great location. The Kenai river is a great spot to take in all the kenai has to offer. Head to homer for the day, or head into the hills and spend time exploring Cooper landing. It was a truly great experience and I look forward to many more adventures.Rooms: Neat and well kept. The resort was a quiet sanctuary and great place to come back and rest before another action filled day.

We stayed 2 nights, big rv spots group squares for a fire in middle of grouped rvs/trailers. Staff extremely nice and knowledgeable. Good road and driveways. Grassy areas, fish cleaning station, lots of new spaces going in. Hook ups for Rvs/trailers were well designed; so you don't have to use extra hoses to get grey/black water to drain. Room for tents as well so they are not in fire area or you are tripping over the tie downs. Picnic tables were satisfactory, ours was not dirty or damaged at all.Showers in 2 separate areas, laundry room, store was stocked, goat pin for kids to be entertained, some good spots with shade and lots were out in sun. This can be important to some with health issues.Nearby activities: 10 minutes from downtown or to Kenai peninsula

Best campground in the entire state of Alaska. You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into making it that way. The kids absolutely loved the animals, bike rentals and playground. We adults loved the great fish cleaning station after dip netting, the washers and dryers, and hot showers. We will be coming here from now on when we make our annual dip netting trip!

The location was great with respect to dip netting distance. However, the bath houses aren't kept fully clean, and there aren't enough for as large a place as it is. The hours of operation are also pretty sparce for such a large place. Small tent area was nice with neat firepit. A good location to actually have bath houses and a fish cleaning station. Just could use a bit of an update. Would return for the convenience.

We came end of July for dipnetting and stayed in the pasture, no hookups with our 39ft toy hauler. Great spacious lots out in the pasture, we were next to the fish cleaning station and larger porta potty that was surprisingly very clean! The entrances to the pasture were kinda bumpy and had a dip which would easily damage your rig if you aren’t careful- and I can see how if it was raining the pasture could be a soft mess. But we hit some beautiful weather! We ended needing to add some adults to our site to tent with us and they were very gracious and accommodating! $70/night is somewhat steep for dry camping but we had showers, fish cleaning station and a large pasture to let the kids run around, compared to the $50 something to overnight at the Kenai north beach campground- it was totally worth it for us! We loved being spread out and away from our neighbors so we would choose the pasture over a hook up site. We will definitely be coming back next year when we fish!!

Didn't rent a room but more so a camping spot for the weekend to go dipnetting, and it is a great location and they have a "quiet hours" time but if you aren't making a really loud racket no one around seems to mind, would rent from again, a little pricey but still worth it nonetheless.P.s. if you want to have a fire you wither have to bring some kind of fire pit or them may have some around, as long as it's off the ground

Not family friendly. People staying in next spot over were hotboxing their r.v. at all times of the day with the smoke billowing into our campsite/camper. I have kids and don't want them breathing that in. Normally, if out in town and this happened, I would just leave, but we spent 100 a night and this was the only trip we had taken this year, so I called the office. They didn't care. They said they are allowed to do it. I agree they are allowed to do it, but when my kids have to smell it and can't go outside of our camper in the spot we paid for, ITS A PROBLEM! Ended up leaving a day early seeing how management could care less that my whole family was getting a contact high. This was our 2nd time staying there. We won't be coming back and will be letting all of our friends know that if they go there and find themselves in our same situation, management DOESN'T CARE!

Very nice and friendly RV site. Nice walking/bike trail in front of park. Dog enjoyed that, plus the small animal farm.

The people were very nice however when we told them our water was brown after running it for a very long while they said it was well water, fine to drink!! I have had plenty of well water in my 60 years of life but never drank it brown!! Get a filter people! Very skinny sites as well in the middle section.

My friend owns a camper and resides onsite, it's a great location. Just a half mile from bridge access to kenai. Also being on k-beach (kalifornsky) it's the better go between to soldotna and goes by the collage. Owners are wonderful and helpful, and seems to be dog friendly, 420 friendly and rent for a spot is cheap.Walkability: Great view of the river and canneries, adventures await.Noteworthy details: It's more of a campground where I stayed, there is a much larger area iv not experienced. The main office and everyone there was helpful.

Thanks Diamond M!Nearby activities: Anything from scenic drives to world renowned salmon fishing and close to great halibut fishing as well. Hunting opportunities close by or wildlife viewing. Located Right next to the famous Kenai river.
