“I had a pleasant stay at Aspen Suites Hotel in Kenai. The property was very clean, and the suites were huge with plenty of space. You can tell the furniture is newer—everything felt fresh and well cared for, even down to the drawers, which had protective liners.

The only downside was the room location. I was on the third floor at the very end of the building near the McDonald’s drive-through, and the speaker noise was clearly audible throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, and I would stay here again—just with a quieter room location next time.”

“This was my third time staying here, and every time it does not disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and make you feel like you're family there. The rooms are very comfortable and the little chocolates they leave you on the nightstand are an awesome touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether it's for business or pleasure.”

“I’m honestly confused by the reviews stating the ‘tired’ or whatever decor. The hotel lobby and room I stayed in have a charming late Victorian vibe with modern amenities. While there were some stains visible in bright light on the carpet, the carpet and surfaces were very well cleaned (no residues). Exterior of the building belies the charming interior. Staff was very pleasant, and very accommodating with my late arrival.

The older building did have some noise issues if people were trouncing too hard. WiFi was EXCELLENT. Free bottles of water in my room, and for once in my life the AC was actually TOO good.

Really excellent stay over a couple of days, please keep it up, I would love to return on my next trip!

Safety: Check in staff was discrete about the room assigned when handing over key. I will note, the doors need to be manually locked / do not auto-lock when leaving. Physical keys are used. Deadbolt + sliding deadbolt.

Noteworthy details: Excellent WiFi. Arby’s down the block. Late Victorian decor in lobby and woodwork in rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“Great little getaway spot in Kenai. This is my 3rd stay over the years and worth it every time. The staff is great, Michael, one of the breakfast hosts in particular. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great hot tub at the pool, don't forget to grab towels at the front desk.”
