Great experience! Mike and Chris went the extra mile to be sure the transaction was smooth efficient and professional! In the dead of winter car buying experience it can be miserable. They worked by text and had the cars warm, clean and ready to drive when we showed up in a snow/windstorm! Great customer service!

This is to reflect on my 2023 Ford Platinum F-150.It is the hybrid engine. The truck drives and functions well for the most part. When it doesn’t have engine light on for various reasons. I think around 5 now. Misfire, louvres in front fault, low voltage, power save mode often so it won’t remote start. Onboard power issue. Problem with trailer brake offline.A Myriad of system issues. The biggest problem with this is that it takes months just to get an appointment to even resolve the issues. The clock is ticking on the warranty. They did finally get me in replaced the battery. I went in to see about fixing it in Nov and got in on February 26th. So far no issues have reappeared so maybe that was it.

I was down from Anchorage, I stopped by because the car I was driving is a Ford, the seat would no longer move forward. They looked at it, didn't charge me anything! Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it, but it was really nice that the guy spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out if he could fix the seat!

I had seen pickup a listed a month earlier and when I lost my engine in cold weather it was time for an upgrade. The process was fast and easy and they shipped it to Fairbank.

I first contacted Kendall Ford in October/November looking at trading in a jeep. I was exchanging emails with Mike A. for a few days before I had to back out due to having to fix multiple things on my trade in vehicle that I had to have for work. Fast forward to February, I contacted Mike A. again and explained to him the situation I had been dealing with on my current vehicle. Mike A. not only got right back to me, but made this hands down the best and easiest experience I’ve had with a dealership. There was absolutely no pressure. Mike went out of his way to reassure me that if one of the vehicles he had selected within my criteria were not liked, we would regroup and look at other options. I contacted Mike at 12:30p via the phone. I went into Kendall Ford at 2:45p and by 5:30p I had found, signed all papers, and fallen in love with the first vehicle he had chosen for me to test drive and was able to take it home the same day.

Quick Lane was not only able to solve the problem with one tire that kept deflating on my car, but there was no charge for fixing it because I purchased my new Michelin tires from Quick Lane! I had expected a small service charge and was happily surprised to pay nothing for the service. That was awesome!

I've been looking for a good deal on a half ton pick up with low miles. I acessed thier website. Found a 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4 door crew cab 4X4 with a 5.7 Hemi. Reasonably priced at $29,000. My daughters and their mother have bought from Mike Love. Great salesman. I bought this truck from Mike and his crew. His detailing team made it feel like brand new. And my daughter that referred him to me is getting a "recomendation check" from Kendall of Soldotna.

This is was my 5th vehicle I have purchased from Kendall. I had the pleasure to work with Dave Bartlemay who is a fantastic person and salesman! I also met the general manager Chris Webber who is another great person! They made for a wonderful experience and will continue to always do business with Kendall Ford Soldotna!!

The gentleman in the pants department, thank you for the help . The lady who was at the entrance when I came in . Proceeded to talk with someone else for over 15 minutes before asking me what I may need. She talked so loudly about the local gossip in town that I will pass her every time I may pick up or schedule an appointment for my truck.

They do good service—when they can get you in and when they get around to it. They do NOT call you back—so don’t waste your time leaving a message. I know it’s not the employees fault that they’re understaffed, it’s management’s but who is front line for the tirades from disgruntled customers? Hire more service advisors OR hire a person whose sole job is answering phones in that department and responding to messages that get left. They just opened a new shop—bigger even—and it’s 3 months to get service. Don’t ask Quick Lane to diagnose anything. They’re good for oil and tires. We used to think our dealership outside was slow. I’d kiss their feet after trying to get Kendall to get anything done.

I enjoyed every step of the sales process. From working with Joel Macrander to find the truck I was looking for, to working with Travis and the Finance Department, right up to the final delivery of my truck.I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Every question was answered and details provided at every stepI worked for a Ford Dealership for a decade + many years ago, and this was still one of the best purchase experiences I’ve had.I would highly recommend Joel (Sales), Travis (Finance) and the team at Kenai Kendall Ford.Best part. I am really enjoying my new (to me) Ford.

So far it hasn’t been the best. Had a few issues with my 2023 F250 Super Duty. The first issue was a bad radio module. Ordered it and a month later went to get it replaced. By then it was working again and so it wasn’t replaced. Second, passenger side mirror motors stop working. Got that ordered and they were to have it in 4 days. Still waiting on a call to tell me that it’s in and to schedule work. It’s been over 3 weeks.
