North Beach Quilting is a super cute and lovely quilt shop located in Kenai, Alaska. It is described as a friendly, caring, and wonderful place with great customer service and a super nice, kind, happy, and helpful owner. The shop offers an excellent display of beautiful and unique fabrics, with a large selection of Alaskan designed fabrics. This includes many batiks, minky Alaskan fabrics, and fabrics featuring local artists' works and designs, with Alaskan themes like fireweed, mosquito, salmon, otter, whale, bear, forget-me-not, and berry. The store has lots of quilts on display, quilt kits, patterns, and notions. It carries a lot of appliqué stuff, kits, precuts, and patterns for appliqué wall hangings, as well as Qaspek (Kuspuk) patterns for adults, children, and dolls. They offer many sewing classes and provide helpful instruction. The shop also offers long-arm quilting services. Customers can find many little 1/2 yard cuts or fat quarters, ideal for gifts. The service is excellent, with staff going out of their way to help, including fixing order mistakes promptly and accommodating special requests. It is highly and completely recommended for both locals and visitors from out of state.

Excellent display of beautiful fabrics. A large selection of Alaskan designed fabrics. Lots of quilts on display, quilt kits, patterns and notions. Worth a visit!
