Normal Safeway, a bit more expensive than the other grocery stores in the area however they stock a large variety and often have what others do not carry.

Tried getting deli sandwiches twice. First time they were missing bread, second time missing greens, peppers, etc. It is funny that these stuff are missing... at their deli... inside their grocery store...

Debbie the florist at the Kenai Safeway was amazing. She was able to put together this beautiful floral arrangement fairly quickly. Everyone just loved it. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service. Professional enough to do their jobs. Friendly enough to make you feel comfortable. Been shopping here for years. A few peeps turned out to be bad apples over the years, but they seemed to have been weeded out. I just wish the deli department had at least one person dedicated to serving their customers. I get that they have a job to do, but they're in the back a lot. And there isn't a call bell. So you'll just have to wait maybe 10 minutes for a corn dog.

Theres basically 4 places to get groceries in town & they all have their percs. Safeway is good to find items on sale. Great place to shop for the fridge and pantry.

Debbie in the Floral Department provides wonderful customer service! I was so happy to meet her last week as she helped prepare a flower gift which I needed to drop off as I went through town. It's so nice to receive personal service, in this automated age ❤️

The cashier Wilma didn’t like my son crying and had an attitude immediately my wife asked her to scan the cookies first. When I noticed she didn’t care I slid the cookies over the scanner, at that time the cashier then raised her voice an announced that she is responsible for everything scanned. I apologized and she continued to yell at me as I was a thief or something so I gathered my family an left. After leaving I called to inform the store manager and Michelle the Person in charge told me she was informed and not dealing with my issue, that I needed to call back another time.On a positive note this is the first bad experience I’ve had and I’ve shopped here for two years.

My experience with yesterday's Chinese food outing wasn't the greatest. I bought a Supreme Combo, had to get chow mein instead of rice, which I understand happens, but to only get maybe 6 to 7 pieces of chicken of the two types I asked for left me wanting more, for the 12.99 price. The server was very friendly though, and was the first time I had seen her, so might have been new.
