Horrific service. No local phone number to call. Package was not delivered to my back door as they claim. Someone called around 7 am. But no return number to straighten this out. No customer service at ALL!! Said they made a claim, which I found out after 5 hours and 2 days later, they hadn’t ! Help bring services to our town here in Kenai. Some stores only ship UPS to Alaska, we are screwed big time.

Disappointed with my experience at UPS in Kenai. After applying and scheduling orientation, I discovered they are overstaffed, and they conveniently blame Anchorage for the application process. Two weeks of waiting only to be told this was a complete waste of my time. I even braved a winter storm for it. I strongly advise against applying here; it essentially boiled down to a flat-out refusal to hire me. Extremely dissatisfied with UPS.

Waited over a week for a package and was told by an ups employee to stop at the location to pick up my package. Showed up to get my package just to be told there was no one there to help me by another employee. Hands down by far worst shipping company and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will never ship through ups again.

Ups showed the worst customer service and support I’ve ever received. My package was scheduled for Thursday, waited all day they delivered (attempt) at 5:45 when I could wait no more then the next day was supposed to deliver and they plain lied that I wasn’t there as I was working in my yard all day. They had it sent back to the delivery hub and said I requested it. Now I can’t even go get it myself until Monday. Customer service just wanted to gaslight me like they did nothing wrong. I will try my damnedst not to use UPS again.

1 Star because you can't give zero. Boxes never show up like they say. My box was supposed to be delivered to the post office address in Kenai, tracking said it was delivered, but it was held at the Kenai UPS main office. Made it very difficult to figure out where they delivered to. Only took for different trips to find the package. Very poorly run, impossible to make the early morning staffed hours because even if you do arrive sometimes they are closed or closed early. Customer service is of no help. You'd think after 34 negative reviews they would try to make at least minimal effort to improve.

You can’t talk to anyone at this location. Just people in India. I paid 280 dollars for a package and they stood me up. I called what I would guess to be India to confirm its delivery and was assured it would be delivered between 1-5 pm. Kyrie qcc8jx refused to tell me his last name or location. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Long hold times. I hate to say it but the post office is more reliable and that’s saying something!Update: Your bots on Twitter dm are just as unhelpful as this bot that responded to my review.

Boxes never show up like they say. There hard to talk to and difficult to figure out where they delivered your stuff. Very poorly run.

Absolutely pathetic ups facility. No boxes or envelopes & employees seemed bothered by the presence of customers. However, they did scrounge up a padded envelope for me from the back.

They are only open for an hour and a half in the early morning. How do they expect working people to pick up their package? Poor excuse for a postal system. Especially when there’s an address where it’s supposed to be delivered! Makes a person want to go postal!!!

UPS is one of the most difficult services in Kenai Alaska specifically. I had 4 package roaming Alaska. Delay comment was wrong address on package. All 4 were from different vendors. Addresses were correct. Tried to make arrangements to pick up in Kenai however, only open between 8am -10am. Asked to re route to one of Their drop off points they wanted to charge additional fee? You can not speak to a local person as they operate with phone centers in other countries. Not good as Alaska’s weather/road conditions can be different than a major city. I will not be ordering any longer if UPS is the carrier.

They did everything they could to make sure that my delivery made it to the right place and on time communicating with the customer instead of just sending it back

I have lived at the same address longer than UPS has even had their nearly worthless office in Kenai,.. yet they still “can’t find my address location” dependably? FedEx doesn’t seem to have any problem. A “customer service” counter that is only open for 1 1/2 hours a day,.. No local phone number to call and try to communicate with anyone to resolve problems,.. No local callback from anyone if you go through the useless and frustrating experience of calling the 800 number,.. I feel sorry for their overworked delivery drivers who are obliviously trying to do their best.
