We visited Alaska Fine Art during a cruise stop in Ketchikan. They have an amazing variety of items by Alaska artist Eddie Lee. We browsed and the staff were very informative. We returned later and bought a couple of pieces. It's not inexpensive but well worth the money for the quality of merchandise. We'll be back

My favorite art gallery in Ketchikan! I've been there on two occasions during Alaska cruises, and both times I was blown away by how many unique pieces there are. No matter what you're looking for, whether for yourself or for a gift, you'll find what you want here, with all sizes, mediums, and price points. On our last visit last week I had the pleasure to meet the artist's daughter Kathy, and she patiently took the time to find the beautiful owl that I was searching for. I know this is a piece I won't find anywhere else. Don't miss this very special store, kitty-corner from Tongass Trading Company on Front Street!

My wife and I were in port at Ketchikan from our cruise ship to look in the shops. Alaskan Fine Art was the third art/jewelry store we looked at and our last. All of the art is beautiful and unique. Eddie Lee is the owner and much of the sculpting is his. His work is one of a kind. I was assisted by the Gallery Director Kathy Lee, Eddie’s daughter. She was friendly and of course, very knowledgeable of all the work in the store. I purchased a Bear with Cubs piece of walrus tusk ivory. Amazing! When you are in Ketchikan, do yourself a favor and stop in to see incredible pieces you won’t see elsewhere.

While on our Alaska cruise, we came into Ketchican for a short visit. While visiting this beautiful town, we thankfully came across this very unique custom art gallery, "Alaska Fine Art." A must visit! We were greeted by "Kathy" who works there and showed us a good variety of their work. She was so knowledgeable of all of the pieces as she explained about each, literally bringing them to life. She was wonderfully sincere and absolutely NO pressure which was so enjoyable. She worked with us until we found what we wanted. Thank you. Dillon & Kiki

When I travel, I like to go to shops that are unique and not the typical tourist trinket places. Alaska Fine Art is an incredible store. We went in and the staff was so welcoming and explained about the work done by Mr. Eddie Lee. His carvings are simply gorgeous. I bought a gorgeous box and so did my sister. We returned later in the afternoon with two of our friends. They also bought a box. My sister purchased one of the incredible bears Mr. Lee carved. The staff when to a great deal of trouble to wrap each purchase we made to guarantee we would get the items home safely. This is an amazing art facility and one that everyone should stop in and see.

The ambiance of the store drew me in, and the absolutely stunning marble carvings and jewelry hooked me. I bought an absolutely beautiful and amazing pearl pendant. I wish I would have purchased a few more items. There are a lot of other jewellers in the area, but the are over priced and the quality was iffy. The staff of this store was exceedingly friendly and helpful! I only wish they had a website so I could purchase more items from them. :)

Group of us were drawn in by the beautiful carvings inside the mammoth's tusk. The artist's daughter spent time sharing with us her father's various works. Integrating different artifacts to tell a story. Amongst so many commercial stores, this one stands out as a true artisan's gallery.
