The manager Ben is complete prick. He's rude, he looks mad that he has to help, and can't be bothered to even take his AirPod out while helping customers. He ended up refusing to even help us and say we can do what we need by calling the 411 number. Even though I'm standing in the store right then and there with no other customers. He was too busy I guess. Horrible service.

Was helped last week by a very nice person. Had the phone shipped to their store went to pick up today no sign on door store was closed no explanation very bad for business.

Posting this so no one else wastes their time today.Closed for lunch sign posted on the door at AT&T. We stood outside the store for an hour and a half. I called the store because obviously someone is inside (door was open and light was on) and I was answered by an associate that told me they’ll open again tomorrow and hung up on me. I guess we just close for “lunch” and never open up again. What a joke.If you’re short staffed then don’t put up a fake sign saying you’re at lunch and waste everyone’s time.Btw if you’re waiting for your package with your new phone in it, you won’t be getting it today because UPS couldn’t get in to deliver it either.I won’t be going back to give anyone that works there credit for me buying a new phone again. I would recommend just buying it through the APP.

My father went to AT&T to switch over from Verizon. He is 70 and did not want to buy a new phone on top of his new phone bill. He was not trying to be difficult at all. After 5 trips to the store he was helped by Mekkena who absolutely went above and beyond to help him find exactly what he wanted. This took over an hour of her time if not longer. I live out of town so this about made me cry. Mekkena really did amazing and my father left the store a very happy customer. Thanks so much for being not only a great employee but for being an amazing human!

I visited this store today looking for a new phone. There were (2) ATT representatives on-site, one was trying to be helpful, but the other was disrespectful and rude. I recommend something different than this ATT store to residents or visitors. So much more accessible, with better selections and customer service online.

My husband and I had the good luck to have Katie Kambeitz as our customer service representative when purchasing our new phones at the AT&T Ketchikan store the other day. Katie was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to be made aware of for our purchases. She was friendly, polite, and professional, regarding our purchase questions and concerns. She knew what options were available for us as well. I’d give her a 5 star rating for her service! She made it not only a breeze but also a pleasant experience! Thank you Katie! ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d also like to add that we were there for less than an hour, which I feel was a reasonable amount of time to have our transaction completed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

As far as the people go, they are nice enough, but don't plan on being there less than a day. If you come over on the ferry, then plan on spending the night because they will not get things done in time for you to make it back and be able to do anything else. I had a list of things to do like everyone else on the ferry. I had to run through WM, and run back to the ferry. Nothing else got done because at&t took 2 hours and still left me with my work phone not working. That was Saturday, today is Sunday, I spoke with fraud prevention and it will be at least Tuesday before my phone will work. The best part is that I still have to call them again on Tuesday to get it "activated". Oh how I wish there was another carrier in my area...

The worst experience ever trying to just buy a prepaid SIM card. The original didn't work and the guy that sold it completely screwed up the set up process in my girlfriend's phone. Nobody at this store in Ketchikan, AK knew what they were talking about and the customer service online with AT&T was also terrible. I'll stick with Verizon.

Mark at the Ketchikan AT&T store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was with my phone when I walked into the store and explained the situation to him. It did take him a little bit of time to resolve the issue, because AT&T had put a fraud alert on my account, because an online agent had made so many changes in trying to update my account information. So it took a little bit of time to get the fraud alert removed from my account. it was a very frustrating time, and I am very grateful for Mark‘s knowledge and persistence and expertise in resolving the issue that I was having.

Ben was great and knowledgeable. I was immediately attended to and was in and out in less than 10 mins, in having my lost SIM replaced. ATT excels every time. My sister visiting Ketchikan was tremendously impressed. Go AT&T.

A while back I bought my sister a phone from this store FULL IN CASH. When I went to unlock the phone att said "needs to be on a pre paid plan for 6 months." Mark the one who helped me didn't mentioned it to me. Now I have a phone I can't use because I needed to switch the service to GCI. Since att towers don't reach south of town in ketchikan. Other than that customer service was good and att does sell quality products.
