“The person who filed my tax rerurn for me was profesional and well knowledged. She was also very kind, funny and had a sweet nature. I felt at ease while I was there and I am confident in their work. I definitely will be going back there because of her and her attitude, and her work is on point 100%. I do have one negative feeling and comment about this business, they charged me $243.00 to do my tax return , holy $#@¥! that is outrageous. Living on an island in Akaska is all about overcharging. All the businesses in Ketchikan way overcharge for everything. We don't make alot of money, my fiancèe has both physical and mental disabilities and I recently have become a certified caregiver part time, we live on an extremely tight budget. I am sure the fee they charge is not alot to most, most people work full time, so probably it's just me thinking the fee was too much, but for me that fee is how much I make at 13 hours a week. Other than the fee, this is the place to go for your tax needs!!”
