Buyer beware. Though my high-end cruise ship, Cunard, included a coupon to this place in their booklet, they're all crooks. I bought this little rinky dink bracelet which was supposed to be tanzanite, but it is very clearly cubic zirconia or even colored glass. I don't even believe the silver is silver. Supposedly it was $200 without their ridiculous $100 gift card. So then $100. Getting My opinion verified tomorrow and then we'll dispute the charge. At best it is $20 costume jewelry.

International diamonds provides customers with false information. One of their sale tactics is telling customers they will get a free cruise if they purchase jewelry in the store. Well they will give paperwork to substantiate the free cruise but when it is time to plan for the cruise, International diamonds will not keep to their commitment based on the written paperwork. It takes over 6 weeks and the cruise line has to continuously check with International diamonds for every little approval. I will never purchase from International diamonds at all.

This was our cruise recommended jewelry store to shop at. Very helpful staff to assist you in want your were looking for. Offered us coffee or water as we browsed the store. My wife and I found some beautiful earrings for our daughter and grand daughters. Again very pleased and happy with the assistance we received.
