Really great customer service. They helped me out of a jam when I dropped my phone off a dock. I've had internet with them for years and have never had an issue.

GCI is a disgrace to Alaska. No cell phone service in prince of wales island!! Too expensive!!! Horrible reception!!

Try calling GCI customer service any day of the week (no service on weekends) minimum 20 minute wait & you can be waiting for hours. Company is aware of problem, but either doesn't care or cannot figure out how to fix problem. Here's an idea - don't roll out half baked products (ie Yukon TV) until they have been properly vetted. We were LOYAL customers for over 20 years, company doesn't care. They have lost their way. GCI has good employees, but management has taken their eye off the ball.

the service the past 5 weeks our phone service it simply aweful having problems dialing numbers takes forever to get any calls to go through now they're internet is not working we should at least be retroactive for the past 5 weeks and take it off our bill for both our phone and internet

Worst company ever you better off using your cell phone data . Nice employees but extremely bad service and they stole a months charge. Service never worked charged me 3 months and only credit 2 . There you go . Enjoy your 80 dollars . Karma will get you back .

The staff was helpful and friendly but this store had possibly the longest and most painful process for setting up new service I've ever experienced. It's not 100% their fault but every person must have taken up to an hour, and there were 12+ people in the store on a waitlist waiting to be helped. There's gotta be a way to speed things up in this store. I literally spent less time at the DMV than I did at this store. I was expecting to spend half a hour at this store to set up service and it ended up eating my entire morning.
