We are here at the end of their season the first and second week in September and their wasn't much for merchandise. The shirts they had were $45 each men and women's. The staff is really friendly. The reason I gave them 3 stars though is because we wanted to use Harley-Davidson gift cards and they charge an extra 4% each card because they're machine registers it like a credit card. Bring cash if you don't want to pay extra. We will be coming back someday at the beginning of the season.

Employee was so nice! Not much of a selection though it's just a small clothing store.

Ketchicsn was our first stop on our Alaskan cruise, and the first thing I did was buy my husband a T-shirt here. The store is not what you would expect coming from a large city, but they had a good selection of merchandise, and it was very easy to walk to from the ship. Word of advice: get The Motherload (5 shirts, 1 for every town the cruise ship stops at). I didn't, and I so regret it. Juneau was on a permanent lunch (never opened), we got to Tracy Arm at 5am and left before the store opened, we had no time in Skagway after we got stuck on the train for a few extra hours, and we got to Canada after 7pm (closed). The store lost a star because they really didn't yet to sell me on The Motherload. Go for No!

I am from Kansas and i flew into Ketchican for the day to look at some property.while looking around i saw that the Harrley Davidson shop said it was open.when i arrived i noticed that it was shared with another store which its door was locked. But there was a worker walking around there store clearly noticed i was standing at the locked door.i noticed there was another way to get the Harley store.i found that entrance and found the lights were out and hours posted that it would be open.but what i found out the cruise ship industry ended a day before i arrived.but there are visotor that come year round.it wouldnt hurt to open a couple days a week.I wont be flying into Ketchican in the future and yes i could order onlinr but i prefer to shop in person.i did fly into Skagway and bought an item there.

Rather lousy selection of product and ho-hum designs. The printing on the shirts looked to be of poor quality. Prices were higher than most HD dealers. The person working there couldn’t be bothered to be of any assistant to any customers. I’d say don’t wast your time. I wish I hadn’t.

This is a Harley Davidson that doesn't sell motorcycles but sells souvenir t-shirts. We only had a few hours from the cruise ship so a t-shirt was all I was interested in purchasing. I found a nice dealer shirt for $45 a little high but that's Alaska for you. The good thing is location the HD shop is next to the Cruise Port. I would recommend if a HD t shirt is what you are looking for.

Was told in Juneau Harley combination of 5 shirts from all Alaskan Harley shops you get a souvenir bag. Showed my receipt and was told by the manager here they never do that. The manager need a new job! A $5 bag lost $200 in sales I just walked!

Stopped here for a quick visit. We were greeted right away and offered to help find what we were looking for. It was a short efficient trip but the service really stood out. The young lady that helped us was very nice and very helpful. They have a nice selection of Harley gear too which was unexpected. Prices are pretty reasonable as well.

It's a Harley Davidson clothing store, nothing more.Prices vary, most are on the high end.If you want a Ketchikan Harley Davidson shirt, then this is your place. If not, pass on it.
