Great place to eat or have a drink.Parking: Parking is a bit frustrating. It’s better it you patch across the street at the ferry terminal side.

Stayed at the Landing hotel. Started calling Jeremiah's at 8 pm. Open till 10. No answer multiple times on hotel phone so called multiple times on my cell phone. No answer. Called front desk and they said they are open and not busy. Major red flag. Sounds like employees don't want to work. Skipped dinner. Should have bought microwave food from the grocery store on my way here.

Friendly serve awesome food. We enjoyed the overall experience. Tried the lunch special today which was a crispy chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun with ranch pepper jack cheese and bacon served with fries. It was very good. Had a Bloody Mary with my meal and it all hit the spot. Highly recommend Jeremiah's for any occasion.

Overall a really strange and unpleasant experience. Our main server, Gani treated our party poorly right from the beginning. When we asked for menus after having sat down for awhile, she responded in a rude tone that we would be helped when she was available. We saw her greet other parties after us with a much friendlier attitude, gave them menus right away, and several tables got their coffee before us despite sitting down later. She didn't pay attention to us while we saw her check in on other tables and patrons, so we didn't end up asking for anything since the service was already very slow and we were running late for our plans that morning. At the end of the meal, she made us get up to pay up at the cashier, but we saw her bring the checks to many tables and we were standing their awkwardly in the way of other servers. We had a great time with other restaurants in Ketchikan and the other servers at Jeremiah's were lovely. The food was even fine we but would never recommend this place based off this experience. Lastly I'll note that we were the only people of color at the restaurant that morning. It is hard to prove micro aggressions but we definitely felt sad and frustrated that this was happening to us.

Allow me to craft a mixed review for The Landing. My dining experience at The Landing Upstairs, Jeremiah's, was quite a mixed bag. Let's begin with the positive aspect – the food. It was nothing short of exceptional. The Monte Cristo and fries were a symphony of delicious flavors that could only be described as perfection. In addition, the bacon-wrapped scallops was also quite enjoyable, leaving a savory aftertaste that lingered on the palate. However, there were a few shortcomings that prevented this dining experience from reaching its full potential. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the prime rib. Although I ordered it cooked to a perfect medium-rare, it was served closer to medium-well. The slightly overcooked nature detracted from the tenderness I had anticipated, leaving me yearning for a more precise execution. The table was dirty and much to our horror the waiter used his filthy booger-picking hands to just wipe the food onto the floorFurthermore, I must acknowledge the sluggish service that plagued our visit. Regrettably, we found ourselves spending a lofty two hours in the restaurant, with the bulk of that time dedicated to waiting. For an hour prior to receiving our food, we were left idling, eagerly anticipating the arrival of our dishes. This extended period of waiting undoubtedly affected our overall satisfaction with the experience. In summary, while The Landing showcased its culinary prowess in some aspects, such as the delectable Monte Cristo and the tantalizing bacon-wrapped scallops, it fell short in key areas. The prime rib not being cooked to the desired medium and the sluggish service left a blemish on an otherwise promising dining experience. So, although the positives were praiseworthy, the aforementioned negatives should be taken into account when considering a visit to The Landing.

Alfredo sauce very thin and flavorless. Whole milk is thicker and creamier. If you don't know how to cook it, don't offer it. Halibut Olympia was a very small portion, poor value for the price. Our party had several other meals, none were great.Dietary restrictions: Keto options needed.Meals weren't that good, appetizers were OK. Be sure you order your alcohol drinks with the appetizers, we never did get ours.

Jeremiah's has always been a go to. Unfortunately lately it has become poor service and food quality has diminished. We had a party of 6 for brunch, our server was not attentive to our group taking upwards of 20 minutes for drink refills/water refills. 3 of our group got our food, it took 45 minutes to get the other 2 plates served and he admitted he forgot to place the last order which took another 30 minutes to be delivered. After being there for 2 hours so all our party could eat, there was no reduction on the bill, absolutely no apologies when we confronted the time and delays or offered conversation with the manager. A $230.00 tab and still left a tip of 10% but the service truly needs to be reviewed with management. Understand the workforce needs and lack thereof, but this incident had zero excuses. The whole restaurant was served before he even decided to make any action to the delayed food.

Definitely hotel food/ restaurant, not terrible, but being from out of town I'm definitely not used to small town/ island life. Food was ok, the server was great, although the poor guy was stretched thin I think he was helping every table there. The Caesar wrap was ok a bit pricey but I guess it's to be expected given the cost of fruit/ produce here. Won't be excited to return but it wasn't the worst experience
