Captain Autumn Turner was amazing, calling each guest by name and using her expertise and efficiency to land 30 salmon (coho and pink) in an awesome half day. Another highlight was Lauren, whose infectious energy had everyone laughing, making the group feel like friends. She shared interesting facts about Alaska, wildlife, and the fishing industry, and her genuine personality, complete with ‘90s music and dancing, made the trip memorable. Captain Nolan worked non-stop to ensure all six guests caught fish, offering great advice and trying different options for species, with a very professional and fun attitude. Captain Hannah Moody’s enthusiasm and passion took the experience over the top, making a salmon fishing trip extra special. Captain Shawn Palmer, a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed Master Captain, does an outstanding job finding salmon using his engineering background to understand underwater topography and ocean currents. He is entertaining, full of interesting stories and jokes, and a great host. Each captain combines knowledge, experience, and technology to put clients in the best position to catch fish. Guests consistently describe these trips as highlights of their Alaska vacations, with wonderful times and a desire to return.
