“My father went to AT&T to switch over from Verizon. He is 70 and did not want to buy a new phone on top of his new phone bill. He was not trying to be difficult at all. After 5 trips to the store he was helped by Mekkena who absolutely went above and beyond to help him find exactly what he wanted. This took over an hour of her time if not longer. I live out of town so this about made me cry. Mekkena really did amazing and my father left the store a very happy customer.
