they had my grandmother buy a 14k gold nugget pendant when I was on a cruise with, her and she bought it for 630 dollars USD when we got back to the ship I did some research and realized that they had up charged the pendant 10x its actual value they scammed a little old lady and they do stuff like that EVERY single day I get they need to make a profit margin but they will take advantage of you no madder what kind of prices they are telling u it's a scam never go there under any circumstances.

He advised the Ruby ring we ended up purchasing was fully natural and not “cooked.”Got the appraisal back and it’s COOKED!The manager bold-faced lied to us.Don’t buy anything here.
