Walked in to rent a 10’ box truck out of the three or four they have out front. She was on the phone so I politely let her finish her call and then she asked how she could help me and I let her know I was interested in the 10’ box truck out front for a few hours and she said none were available, so I asked if she had anything available and she just scoffed and said no. Cant wait for someone else to set up at least a truck location.

Horrible service. I had a reservation, and was sent a text a few minutes before my scheduled after hours pickup time saying the reservation wasn't ready but should be ready the next morning. I showed up there the next morning and the lady running the place said she was out sick with Covid the day before is why the reservation wasn't ready. She then refused to help me if I wore a mask around her after telling me she had Covid. She said the only way I could rent the truck was to come inside her little office with her without a mask on. She claims it was because she needed to see my face on her inside security camera to verify who I was. I told her she can do that outside and she could even take a picture of me outside and verify with my driver's license. She got mad and slammed the door. This lady is a complete lunatic.

SO HELPFUL! We had to move unexpectedly due to a mud slide and had to pack up everything in a rush. They donated a truck for us to use and helped us out with packing and storage! They were so nice, professional and caring in this time and I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend this location! Thank you again!

So friendly and helpful! Had to go get a few boxes and it was pandemic time. They had a very efficient system in place and were so accommodating!
