Worst bank ever. Never open, and barely any employees.

Bank is temporality closed. We don't have the option to go to another Wells Fargo as it is the only one in town. What are we supposed to do? When will they open back up? What are your customers supposed to do in the mean time?

Not everyone can get to the bank during the week. Closed on Saturday that's ridiculous

Their hours are so inconvenient.. and now for some unknown reason they are closed Monday thru Friday from 130 to 300pm. Why? Can’t stagger lunches? I live 15 miles north & came in to do banking only to find they are closed! Wells Fargo is financially in trouble.. all over the news… so what do they do? Cut back hours in the middle of the day to make things inconvenient for the customers they do have! I’ll be leaving them as soon as possible!

Yelp needs to reevaluate the system. Zero stars! I had a similar interaction a couple of years ago and it left a sour taste. Bad customer service. But nothing like today. I walked into you Tongass branch in Ketchikan Alaska trying to change 2 $100 bills into $20s so I could go out in town. I was informed by the teller that there is a new policy in place that prevents me from doing that (only customers). I then asked if I could open a simple savings account for the sole purpose of membership. She didn't know if she could do that so she went and got her supervisor. About 3min later I was told by Gwen (the "service" manager) to wait in the lobby (pictures attached) until someone could see me. I asked if anyone could help me open the account but was told only the gentleman in the back could do it, and he's on the phone. "As soon as he gets off he will take care of you." He gets off the phone and they chat for about a minute or so. 10 minutes later I was informed it was going to be a 30 minute wait. A "preferred" customer walked in. Mind you this is the service manager not taking care of a potential customer. I left upset but I understand, rules are rules and that is your policy. I felt discriminated but hey, maybe it's just me. I went to Alaska FCU, a small branch INSIDE the supermarket next door. A waaaay smaller bank (compared to Wells Fargo) less than 100 feet away from you and they took care of me. I then walked past your branch to exit the mall and saw the gentleman on his desk, no customers in sight. That's when I decided to send you these lines. I understand this will more than likely never make it past the person opening the inbox but hey, maybe the right person will read it and decide to take action. Maybe these horrible customer service interactions are the reason your stocks keep sinking. Improve your customer service as well as your services and you will be surprised of the impact.
