When I go to Anchorage sometimes I forgot that they have no idea who I am and sometimes it's a cold reception and it's like I'm just one in the masses, whereas at our local Kodiak branch you walk through the door and they greet you by name. It's refreshing but I guess that's the small town for ya.”

“They were great when I needed them. I was doing business regarding minor's checks and was so nervous they would give me the run around like some banks have done before, but they treated me great and I had no problem. I hate when banks judge you and act like you're a fraud! It ruins the relationship between customer and bank. They did a good job, and I like the big bear in the lobby! :)”
