We got there and there was a padlock on the door, hours before they closed. We tried doing through the drive through(on foot) and they wouldn't let us through. They told us to go back to the doors, so we did and they were unlocked. We went inside and ordered milkshakes. While we waited on mine, the staff put a bike lock on the door. While we were inside. We were all pretty confused at this point and some other people were trying to get in. We let them in and the ladies started telling us not to. My friend also went to the bathroom and was followed and waited on??? It was weird. We escaped there pretty quick. Another one of my friends had a similar experience a few minutes before mine. Several troubling things were brought to my attention. Firstly, prior to closing the employees locked the doors with padlocks and bike locks with children still inside. Additionally, a female student athlete under the age 18 was followed into the bathroom by an employee and watched until her time in the bathroom was done. This is incredibly disturbing for several reasons, and we plan to look into this further through the proper channel. Staff who feel the need to watch children in the bathroom probably should not have a job.

My trip to the McDonald's was fine, with a few weird things that happened. Ordering was fine, although ordering at the counter was difficult. It took around 15 minutes to order my food, but they were super kind and understanding. Preparing the food didn't take too long, but they messed up my order. My happy meal had ingredients I didn't ask for on it, like a bun. I asked specifically to remove everything except for the pickle, and to add extra salt and mayonnaise, but they didn't include the mayonnaise or salt, and included a bun, which was not asked for. I also ordered a McDouble, and removed everything except for the bun and added mayonnaise, but they buy a pickle on it and neglected the mayonnaise. My 20 piece chicken nugget was completely as asked, with nothing extra. The place's vibe was kinda off, they were short staffed, and the place was kind of barren, with only two other people in at a time. My accomplice was also followed into the bathroom and carefully watched by an employee. When we went to leave one of the doors had a bike lock and another had a padlock on it that wasn't there before. Thankfully one of the doors was still open, so we were able to leave. The whole event felt like a fever dream. Other than those odd occurrences the staff was really kind and understanding, and the food was fine.

Food is good bc it's the only thing quick to eat around kodiak.. horrible customer service. Not a smile in sight .. I ordered some food .. someone grabbed my bag opened it went thru it and noticed they had the wrong food.. they put it back.. I then told them I wanted a new meal ... i was only given new fries and the lady acted as if she didn't want to do that . The whole vibe in the place is off .

They raised their prices but they consistently give you the wrong order!!Food is hot but it never tastes good because it is not what you wanted!!

Waited 15 minutes to get one order of large fries, there was no customer service cashier, all lobby transactions needed to be done at the kiosk, the manager on shift was basically training everyone at the same time, the higher management or ownership of this franchise needs to step it up. Their workers are doing the best they can but service was poor and the food was very cold when it finally came out. These workers deserve better.

Walked here after work to get some food and their lobby was closed at 3 pm. I called their number and the person that answered stated that they were short all a while about 2 workers were chilling in the lobby! Very unprofessional in my opinion!

The lobby is inconsistently closed due to them being understaffed. I've tried going several times and it's always been closed.

i came through the drive through around 4 today to get a chicken sandwich & the manager, Gracie was very impolite & rushed my order. once i got to the second window she refused to give me extra ranch sauce and told me to come back around and pay 25¢ for a ranchWheelchair accessibility: none
