I am writing this review,regarding this Storage company. I was a customer for many years, over a decade I had my items stored there. I went through many difficult times, hardships, and the hardest of all was my battle with lung cancer. Through all of that I tried my best to make my payments. Once I finally got my account paid off in mid 2018, I tried to access my storage unit and my key didn’t work. So I wrote the manager at that time a letter requesting a new key so I could
