Louise was unbelievably helpful. The addresses are tricky in Kotzebue and being from Colorado I had a hard time understanding, but she patiently explained the rules (several times) until I understood and she saved the package for my nephew from being returned. She's an angel.

This hardworking US post office is great. I am amazed at the accuracy of arrival dates when mailing & the arrival dates of anticipated mail/ packages here in Kotz. This IS a remote area but , for me, I am very connected to family & friends by the USPS.

Alison and Steve are both breaths of fresh air. Waiting in line isn't as long as before. The lunch hours have changed, though. They need to change the sign on the wall.
