I’m not as interested in museums for art as I am for history. This encompasses life in Nome both past and present. There is so much rich history here and it is showcased beautifully in the displays and photographs. Definitely worth a visit.

Nome is filled with rich history and the museum captures this perfectly. You learn a lot through the beautiful displays and images. You can help but be in awe of how people lived and created throughout time here. Definitely worth a visit.

Togo and Leonhard Seppala home, the history never forgotten his great prowess Having traveled 264 miles with the serum for diphtheria in 1925 Remember the great heroes of this story where their name and spirit resound in the cold mountains of Nome And so their names will echo forever.
