Reviewers appreciate the helpful staff, especially noting the excellent service from employees like Michael in the DUG department, who shows genuine care and knowledge. The store’s drinks, such as the mango dragonfruit refresher, are also praised for tasting great and reminding customers of favorite Starbucks flavors. However, some concerns are raised about staffing issues, with reports of frequent empty shelves, long checkout lines, and a lack of cashiers and baggers, which can lead to a less smooth shopping experience. Overall, Safeway aims to be a one-stop shop with a focus on customer service and convenience.

Had great experiences with the store especially after rearranging and new management it seems. Kind and helpful employees. Keep up the good work! Also, good deals with the digital coupons and such!

It's a hell of a lot better than the Fairbanks location.
