Sitting here for 10 min at the drive thru, another customer pull up was help right away! Why? I understand under staff and all so I sat here waiting patiently but to not notice me but notice the next customer that pull up right away is BS!

Love the older lady who always helps me deposit my money!!!!! She’s always amazing and just a wonderful person!!!!!! She remembers me and knows exactly what I want as soon as I pull up to the window❤️

I don’t appreciate being locked out. It’s very unprofessional, bad customer service and quite frankly disrespectful. So many people have use this Covid nonsense as an excuse to treat customers poorly. But while everyone else has gone back to normal weeks or months ago, Wells Fargo continues to make us feel disrespected.
