On Wednesday I went to the ATT Store in Palmer, Alaska with a problem with my billing. I was unable to resolve my problem online. Will was so patient and helpful with me. I love the Palmer AT&T office. Danielle is my favorite. She always is able to get whatever I need done and answer all our questions. She is wonderful, I even bring my mom who lives in a different town to her when she needs anything with her phone

Dani was the best at everything, ! Without out her help I wouldn’t have this beautiful new phone , she provided excellent customer service without a doubt a real asset to the AT&T store in Palmer again much mahalo as we would say in Hawaii
