Went in to my local AT&T, of course clean, no mess or clutter in sight.
Aidan; big help to my question and jumped right to helping me out. Great person to ask for help even if still newer to the AT&T team.
Dressed presentable, talks clearly, well mannered, quick on his feet, good listener, and from the side view: great at helping the elders and asking if needed any other questions/help before the customer, Aidan helped left the building.
Thanks for helping me the best you could! Keep up the good work ?.
Definitely would recommend people to go to Aidan if needing someone quick that can help with great set up, service and attitude.

Kind, knowledgeable sales associates. Whenever I enter the Palmer location store I'm always greeted, even if they are busy with another customer at that moment. Once they are available, they do come and help. The store itself is clean, organized and everything is easy to see and view different items.

Untrustworthy or uniformed about what they're selling! I was told incorrect information about a promotion. I don't think it was ignorance on the salesman's part because the manager was there and intermittently involved in the conversation. After I got emails from AT&T and noticed price discrepancies, I called the Palmer store and national number. Palmer store told me the wrong information again. I will be using the wasilla location from now on.

I have better experience with this company than what I went through with verizon. Great plans, such as, 2 phone plan is less than 200$. Pleasant workers and very efficiently done.
