Bishop's Attic II is a well-organized thrift store located in Palmer, Alaska, offering a wide variety of second-hand items at reasonable prices. The store benefits charitable causes by selling donated goods, including clothing, books, DVDs, kitchenware, furniture, sporting gear, and more. Customers appreciate the extensive selection and find it especially helpful given the high cost of new items in Alaska. The store is conveniently located with plenty of parking and is known for its efficient checkout process, making shopping quick and straightforward. While the store earns praise for its cleanliness, organization, and friendly cashiers, some reviews mention issues with staff attitudes. A few customers have experienced rudeness, ignoring, or lack of greeting from employees, particularly middle-aged women, and some felt they were unfairly treated or suspected of theft. These incidents have led to negative feelings towards certain staff members, though not all employees are perceived this way. Despite these complaints, many customers enjoy shopping here for affordable prices, especially for clothes, books, and household items. The store often offers good deals, and shoppers find it fun to browse and negotiate prices on damaged or discounted items. Overall, Bishop's Attic II is considered one of the best thrift stores in Alaska, valued for its wide selection, organization, and support for charitable causes, making it a popular shopping spot for locals and visitors alike.

Every trip to Palmer includes a few runs to the bishops attic. My favourite section is the craft area. But everything is well organized and fairly priced. Love picking up housewares too.
