“For the ONLY Touchless car wash in the Valley, I love this car wash. For the vehicles I don’t care as much for, the Sudsy Salmon does just fine.
But this wash honestly does a better job.
I had an issue where I left my hitch on the back oft truck and it stopped the wash process almost immediately. I called and the attendant/owner rectified the issue promptly. He provided some super helpful tips which solved the issue on go around #2.

“We usually use the monsterwash in wasilla, but decided to try something closer to home. We used the big bay self wash and payed $25 cash for 25 minutes - can’t really beat that! The bay was clean and ready for us to use. There are multiple settings, soaps and brushes to use BUT make sure to read ALL of the signs posted … one of them states to only use the brushes when the brush setting is selected. A gentleman came out and politely showd me the sign so in short , only one person can wash the vehicle at a time. No biggy! 25 minutes was more than enough to scrub down the truck and rinse it off. Thank you! we will be back.”

“I would give them a five if it were not for their poor communication practices. There have been two separate occurrences in the past two or three years where we had a need to contact their office. Their response time is anything but prompt . Weeks later is not acceptable. Tighten up your office response policies and you will have a 5 star operation. The car wash in Palmer, and all the young folks working there, do a great job!”
