Great job on my Tacoma, minus the overspray I had to fix. Still waiting on a quote (over a month) on my 4runner…. Got tired of the run around and cancelled service. Don’t waste your time if paying for anything out of pocket, they only care about insurance claims.

Classic Collision located *in Palmer* was hands down the easiest to work with and very thorough throughout my repair experience. They worked with the rental car and my insurance agency, where I didn't have to play phone tag with anyone. The car was done on time, actually a little early! The craftsmanship is beautiful, like it never happened. I appreciate all who worked on my car at this location and would definitely recommend. Thanks you guys!

These lovely folks gave a us a quote, a time line and then they delivered. Great work. My car looks brand new. Fantastic communication throughout. 10/10 would recommend.

Considering the kindness of Classic Collision, they drag out the repair process extensively. I dropped off my vehicle on November 29th for a minor repair. It is now December 12th and the vehicle is is still in prep for painting (just as last week!). This is unacceptable, please take your job seriously and get your act under control. Considering I was on a waitlist for approximately 2.5 months to even drop my car off. I do not recommend Classic Collision. I have a friend that had a similar situation with Classic Collision and they were also furious at the amount of time it took for his repair:(
