Ok, I am a pretty loyal customer of this crash but I am not happy with how the large rig bay is managed. It is the only long bay in the entire valley that can fit a truck and trailer during the winter. The Midas parking lot is a mess and it t is beyond precarious to get your truck and trailer lined up for the bay. If someone is already in there you have to block traffic in the parking lot - currently we have sat here over 15 minutes and have had to pull forward and back up so cars could get out. Then so often someone pulls their car into the large rig bay. There are car sized self wash bays all over the valley and only one large rig bay.
I don’t know what Grimesropper could do to improve the situation as Midas parking gets preference. I will say if someone built a large bay car wash in the valley they would have a booming business. Albeit one them does have to be strategic in getting their truck and trailer home on the mud trough roads created by state DOT. The chloride compounds put into our roads are highly corrosive to all vehicles and it is essential to get it off. It takes soap and high pressure and scrubbing to achieve this.

Don’t use, Guy came in the bay to tell me i could not wash mud off. I ask if he understood what dirt was and he said read sigh and ran off.

Terrible car wash. The automatic machine does a terrible job and when you go to do it yourself the staff comes and yells. Very unprofessional and very big waste of money. Much better car washes not too far away I’d use them. Best thing is we’re a small business to and when we said we would be leaving a review he came to take a picture of our trucks and said I’ll be leaving reviews too and will be sure to tear you apart on every post. Yikes

Nice car wash next to Midas. Parking lot can be tricky to maneuver in if you have a trailer or long rig. Self service and touch less bays. Even has a tall and long self service bay

We usually use the monsterwash in wasilla, but decided to try something closer to home. We used the big bay self wash and payed $25 cash for 25 minutes - can’t really beat that! The bay was clean and ready for us to use. There are multiple settings, soaps and brushes to use BUT make sure to read ALL of the signs posted … one of them states to only use the brushes when the brush setting is selected. A gentleman came out and politely showd me the sign so in short , only one person can wash the vehicle at a time. No biggy! 25 minutes was more than enough to scrub down the truck and rinse it off. Thank you! we will be back.

Horrible service, not sure if they want to make money or not been sitting her for 30 minutes while this guy cleans the bay. If I would've known I'd be sitting here this long I would've gone to the carwash on 49th and been done and home already

The updated facility does a great touchless job, my little car shakes from all the touchless scrubbing. Bring a car towel to dry off!

Used the self service side for washing down a boat. 5 minute minimum at a dollar per minute. Takes cash or card. Max card purchase is 25 minutes ($25).
