We took our Lucy there after she passed. We had a private room to spend a few last moments with her. They were very compassionate and walked us through the entire process.

We lost our 16 year old dachshund this June and they took such good care of him. Saved a clipping of fur and paw print. Very kind staff that treated me and my partner with kindness.

What wonderful and warm staff! Our boy, a 16 yo retired sled dog, was still moving under his own power but once we arrived and got him out of the car he collapsed on the nearby grass. We knew that when his time came, we wanted it at home and outside where he loved to be. No one was available to come to our home, so we took him to Passages. They accommodated his wish to continue to lay in the grass, in the parking lot area, as it very lightly rained. Thank you for sending our boy on his next adventure in the environment he so loved.

service was a disaster. My dog was cremated without any notice, robbing my family and I of our possibility to say our good byes. No paw print either. Inconsiderate, incompetent employees.

My experiences with the private cremation services were very positive. I felt I didn’t need to hide my tears as the staff was very compassionate. I won’t go anywhere else.

This is the first review I have ever posted. Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a positive experience .My hopes in posting this is other people not having to go through what my husband and I did with our dog Spirit. PLEASE PLEASE make sure they use an IV to administer the medications needed to euthanize your pet. After shaving three different legs and three shots our baby finally passed. This should never happen. Its not the last memory we wanted with our dog.

The staff here are so kind and caring. I lost my boy unexpectedly and didn't know what to do once he had crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They helped me bring my boy into their building and gave me as much time as I needed in a private room to say goodbye to him one last time. I had brought remains of my two cats whom I had lost years ago so they could all be cremated together. The staff was very careful with my babies and made a point to ask their names. I felt very comfortable leaving my fur babies with them and knew they would be treated with love and respect. The cost was very affordable and the staff took time to explain everything and how I could rest assured I would get my fur babie's ashes back and no one else's. The ashes were returned to me in less than a week in a very nice tin. I thought the gentleman who called me was very sweet when he said each of their names and "are ready to come home". There was a tiny bag in the tin that had bells from the toys that my cats had been wrapped with. It was obvious that the whole process was performed with respect and thoughtfulness. I'm so thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Passages. They made a very emotional event, more manageable and for that, I am eternally grateful.

They were so nice and respectful after I was turned away at the animal shelter. I appreciated their kindness and compassion. Thank you. I wish I would have known about them beforehand and went there first.

What a beautiful place, and kind staff. Our baby passed away last Saturday, and Passages allowed us to bring her in a little after they had closed. The lady who waited for us was so so kind and allowed us to say our goodbyes for as long as we could. Took less than a week to get our Lucky's ashes back.

Passages was recommended by an acquaintance and I thought it was important that my dog pass in a place where he'd never been, rather than at the Vet's office where he was always very uncomfortable. This is not to disparage the Vet's office; obviously pets don't go to the Vet for cake and ice cream and to romp in fun...I like the fact that there is a place dedicated to this final event, peaceful and without anything else going on during this process. We were treated compassionately through the entire process and he was given a peaceful passage, which he so deserved and for which I'd so hoped.

I’ve used Passages now for three of my fur babies. The staff have always been kind and compassionate when I’ve needed them. I especially love the clay paw prints. Highly recommend Passages when the time comes.

If you’re in the unfortunate situation of your pet passing away, I highly recommend Passages Pet Cremation & Grief Center. They were awesome when my pup Hank passed away on the July 4th weekend. Dr. Lisa let me bring him in when they were closed. Great customer service, beautiful center, professional all around. Thanks Dt. Lisa and staff.

After the unexpected passing of my “heart hamster” Spook, Passages came to collect him from the vet clinic I work at. The gentleman who picked him up was compassionate and respectful and assured me my little guy was in good hands. His ashes were returned to me in a beautiful little tin. I plan to use this place for all of my animals when the time comes. Highly recommended for their caring and understanding service, no matter how small the creature.
