About The AK Christmas Factory
The AK Christmas Factory offers a magical holiday experience for families during the Christmas season. Each tour includes a one-hour interactive adventure through Santa's Workshop, where visitors can meet Santa, his elves, and Mrs. Claus. Guests can deliver personalized letters to Santa’s Mailbox, enjoy fresh baked cookies and hot cocoa at Mrs. Claus’ Bakery, and take photos with Santa, receiving a digital copy of their picture. Visitors also get to see the secret Elf Wrapping Room, solve toy issues at the Toy Factory, and take home a classic Christmas toy. The entire experience is included in the ticket price, with no extra charges. Despite some cancellations due to foul weather and power outages, the company's customer service stood out. Staff, especially one named Ava, went above and beyond by personally calling over 800 guests to reschedule, showing genuine care and kindness. Many visitors described their experience as magical, fun, and worth the drive, with some families planning to return annually. The decorations, performances, and friendly elves made it a memorable event for all ages, creating lifetime memories. Overall, The AK Christmas Factory is praised for its festive atmosphere, engaging activities, and excellent customer service.

Your whole team did a great job putting on your Christmas Factory tour! One of the elves took some selfies when helping take photos of our family with Mrs. Claus. We thought it was funny when we looked back through all the photos.

Well worth it. My son LOVED everything about it. Santa, Mrs. Claus and all of the elves were fabulous. Will definitely go again next year.
