We have had so much trouble with Uhaul... with our equipment, the service on the calls, getting help.. the issues are all because of a different location (in Vegas.) However, this location was the most kind, helpful, took initiative. They helped get us the help we needed. They didn't redirect us to call a phone number. They actually helped. Very grateful for them.
