Stoped in and went to get my regular drinks and some cigarettes won't be stopping in anymore employees were playing a penny game at the counter and didn't eaven see me walk out to busy playing try to get the penny in the cup so I walked out never again looked like a few employees were high as all he'll and trash out front was full and nobody greeted me on the way in sorry guys your slipping

Very pathetic customer service. I bought some snacks and asked if there is a restroom i can use.the cashier guy was so rude and races he told me the way to bathroom but it was locked and i asked him to unlock but he said someone is inside however i stood thier for like half an hour as i traveled from anchorage to Wasilla and i had to use the rest room but there was no noise coming from inside neither i saw someone comes out from that bathroom so i had to go to 3 bears.that was so mean the cashier guy could say that they don't have restrooms for customer rather making me wait outside the bathroom that was already locked.very inhuman behavior.

Showers were clean. We just moved to Palmer figured we would try this store. The ppl were kinda rude. Anyways I spent almost 70$ here in this one stop. They knocked on the door to the shower I was in 6 times. I have never been bothered like that before…I paid for an hour about 45 minutes in they told me I was 10 min over my time. I had a timer going…. So needless to say they are rude as hell. They wanted to withhold my drivers license until I paid for another shower. I’m not paying for another shower I told them and that is never come back to a country store again. I’d rather drive to big lake and shower at bobs market or doc rockers. All the valley country stores just lost a lifetime customer. I will NEVER go back again to any of them for ANYTHING!!!!

So today my wife and I went into the country store and got ice cream. I got the mint chocolate chip after driving away. We went to a parking area and started having ice cream and there was a pubic hair in my ice cream that was like embedded in the ice cream, we brought to the store for refund. They told me they would give me another cup of mint chocolate chip even though it’s contaminated with somebody’s pubic hair the whole tub should be removed but they are still serving it
I will never go to that country store again
BE AWARE the ice cream is still being served do not buy the mint chocolate chip grossly and inappropriately serving pubic hair contaminated ice cream
Very unprofessional and disgusting 🤢 🤮

Place is nasty showers were beyond gross and dirty . Also help is so rude. We were coming here for almost 4 years to buy all our gas propane laundry and showers. I literally spend several hundred dollars there each month. I just can’t do it any more . You guys need to get ur act together and clean that dump up as well as practice some maners. Especially the giant over weight manager who looks like he’s about to keal over from high blood pressure ? just a word of advice!! Without customers like us u wouldn’t have a job !

Don't plan on buying propane here. Last few times I've tried the employees have been very lazy. They never want to leave the store and make you wait 20-30 minutes. It got to the point where we just had to leave and go to three bears and it took them 2 minutes.

This store is awesome. Being a night worker I only know the night crew and they're pretty cool, the showers are clean, they have laundry , the free air for your tires rocks, and the ice cream is amazing!

$7.50 for 30 minute shower, towels $1 more Laundry, chill place, room for your RV if traveling through, no overnight parking, very nice employees, best showers in Alaska, handicap accessible.
