Terrible bank. They closed drive thru. Require id to pay your car payment and make no apologies for making every transaction difficult. Find another bank if you want customer service and yes they talk to eachother instead of helping customers.

All 3 bankers too busy talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones to help me process a balance transfer to my new Reflect card. When I called the 800 number for balance transfers they said I could stop into any branch for this service. Apparently any branch except for Palmer, Alaska since they don’t know what they are doing. ?

Any bank that has been brought before the senate multiple times for stealing from their customers should not be allowed to do business. If you are giving a dime to Wells Fargo in 2024 you deserve to get it stolen... do your research people!! Hands down the worst bank in this State and Country.

Manager and banker showed and performed very little effort to work with Bank of America and myself to get money back from wire transfer fraud. They both refused to get an update and do anything further to help upon request. They obviously did not care at all. My business accounts will be transferred to a different bank very soon.

They’re consistently understaffed. Pulled up today to a sign that read, “Drive through services only”, and when we pulled into the drive through we never received service. Waited for 20 mins after opening with no acknowledgment.

I called to set up an account, the woman was extremely rude and condescending. She asked if I had an account somewhere else and why I wanted one with Wells Fargo. She acted paranoid. Very strange behavior. I finally just hung up as she kept getting more rude. Now I'm not sure I want to bank at wells fargo. Very disappointed.

Never had a problem here, staff has always been courteous and worked really hard with me to figure out a couple of weird situations, including follow up via phone and email to see if we were able to get the problem fixed.

Never had an issue here! I do most of my banking online and rarely go into the bank, but anytime I have to go in there, I'm greeted by a friendly "hello", even if there is a line. They've always been very helpful, and even willing to learn new things if a strange circumstance comes up that they may not have seen. This review would get 5 stars, however, due to Wells Fargo's recent legal scandal, they have a lot of work to do to earn back that 5th star. However, as far as the Palmer branch itself, they're great! d:-)

I Visited the branch two days in a row. I waited about 15 minutes each time.The printer wasn't working both days, so they were not able to help me. seems to be always very busy. Save your time go to Wasilla they are much faster.

The Palmer branch of Wells Fargo provides EXCELLENT customer service. They are accommodating, courteous and solution oriented.
