“From the Pacific Northwest, we were excited to see Wells Fargo when we arrived in Petersburg, Alaska. I used their ATM paid the fees associated with using their ATM by them as well as our bank. I could only get large bills I went into the bank to break up my large bills and sadly they were not able to assist me. They were however, able to give me smaller bills for one $20 bill. When I questioned the fee and the service, she said they needed to keep their money. OK could not give them five stars today as I feel as if I paid the service fee that should’ve entitled me to smaller bills. The staff was nice, just not willing to give me smaller bills.”
