Gypsea Treasure Trunk is a fantastic vintage thrift store and a breath of fresh air. It offers a cool assortment of inventory with lots of interesting things, including vintage items, clothing, jewelry, books, and kitchen wares. The selection and great prices set this store apart, with a terrific variety of winter clothing and items for all sizes. The customer service is very great and friendly, contributing to the store's great vibe. Many consider it one of the best thrift stores in Alaska, perfect for finding a perfect souvenir.

After a week of cruising and many, many typical shops full of Alaska t shirts and shot glasses- this little place was a breath of fresh air- lots of interesting things and a perfect souvenir found.

Fantastic store with lots of great items. It was terrific to go there and find winter clothing suitable the unexpected weather. I found some fabulous vintage jewelry also.
