Alaska Airlines provides a pleasant and caring travel experience. The crew is very awesome and kind, with the best pilots in the world. The baggage department is tremendous, offering helpful follow-through with delayed luggage. Passengers report a great and safe experience, with some describing it as breathtaking and like another world. Some feedback notes that the aisles could be wider for those with mobility issues. As the only airport in town for many destinations, it remains an essential and appreciated choice for travel.
Baggage department just tremendous. They forwarded my delayed Air Canada suitcase to Skagway and followed through and had it delivered to my cruise ship. One phone call and a caring person at Alaska Airlines was all it took after dealing with Air Canada and Cunard for several days.

The crew was very awesome from the get-go we had to wait for Seattle, which I was upset I get food poison from ANMC lunch, they were so kind. I was in sitting in the very with my daughter. PLEASE TELL THEM THANK FLIGHT 70 on 10/26 made my trip very pleasant ?..
