“When traveling to Sitka AK. I highly recommend you visit The Russian American Co. This privately owned store is operated by true adventurists dedicated to preserving and promoting authentic Alaskan and Russian artistry. I absolutely loved the unique selection of hand carved everything! But, my favorite pieces of art were the carved whale bone. I've never seen anything like it! This store is on par with the (must-see) Sitka museum!I suggest you visit their website!”

“This is a good-sized gift shop in a small little port town. I'm not into the usual tee shirts, magnets, and keychains (they have lots) and the prices were pretty reasonable. Since I was fully saturated from the endless rain, I did find a hat that was cheaper than the store down the street and in a color I liked. It's not likely something I will wear in Phoenix but it was certainly what I needed at the time!”

“My wife just lived this shop. She rarely buys anything, but she definitely purchased several great items. Tracy was a fantastic host and mire friendly than the staff at our hotel. Thank you Tracy for Making A Difference! You are the Best!”
